Many moons ago, I put a post on, re my dads / partners YB10. It has been in the family since 1996, and I remember being 16 on my DT50 thinking it was the most awesome "proper" bike I had ever seen. Well time has gone on, and I have just handed over some pennies so I can honestly say, it is mine!
The down side, over the year, some tea leaf tried to nick the bike, but successes with airbox only, so I need to help with that as well as all cable, forks etc etc rusted.
Be I am determined to bring to back to its former glory!
So look forward to all your advice, and now I have a bimota yb10, to accompany by ducati 998, aprilia rsv4 tuono factory, and suzuki mk.1 bandit
Cheers chaps

Congrats! YB10 was my first Bimota too. I've started my search with an SB6R but ended up with a proper YB10 and cannot be happier. Great bike when sorted. Good luck in getting it on the road by the riding season.

They are indeed. I got the Bimota bug after test riding SB6R, but it was sold from under me. If it hadn't I probably wouldn't experience the YB10 though...
