there's a couple on eBay at the moment. Not seen either in the flesh but the one in Camberley has been for sale a while. Never reaches reserve.

I bought mine just over a year ago. Paid 6 and a bit for it. 1 owner, genuine UK market bike. Speedo is in MPH not KMH although odometer still reads in KM not miles. Not perfect but then it's nearly 20 years old.

Really pleased with it so good luck with the search!

Hi, met owner of the one in Camberley. Not perfect cosmetically, done 10k but sprocket done last year and was recommissioned by some garage in Ireland.
No Fuel pump and Dyno showed 150 - can't be rwhp?

What was mileage on yours when you bought it?

Thanks

Mine had done 19000km when i bought it. The chap i bought it from had done about 500km in the last 4 years but was in his 70's and struggled with the riding position. It was in his lounge when i first saw it. It's now got about 22k on it.

Mine's not cosmetically perfect. I was being really fussy I'd want to respray the mid-section/side panels of the fairing as they have some chips. Previous owner had replaced the standard indicators with a combination of mini LED and flush fit on fairing which were stuck on. I went back to standards and some paint came away when i tried to remove the sticky goo.

I think Larry said mine was 160bhp at crank but I dont have the charts yet so 150 would sound like crank too. It's more than enough for a road bike!

Are you going to buy it? I love mine even though it likes to challenge me from time to time.

High 130s/ low 140s rwhp is about right for these motors, with variations down to the dyno rather than the motor. Of course that's a peak, where what you really feel is the low-down torque, which is a lot closer to/ better than modern bikes than the peak hp numbers would suggest. Which is why modern stuff will eventually outrun it on the track, but the old girl should hold its own or more on the road.
