I know this topic has been brought up before but unfortunately I don't think the info that I am looking for was ever discussed.
Based on the experience of more knowledgeable owners I purchased fork oil seals directly from UK. But it look like my forks might be leaking right on the bottom. Paioli Fork manual says that O-Ring (marked 4 and is a part of a service kit) must be replaced. Well since there is no service kits available, does anyone know what size O-ring would I need?
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks

Don't know about the o'ring, or whether we have had this conversation before... but check the bottom axle clamps. These forks are extremely prone to cracking in that area of the casting.
I guess what I'm saying is use a torque wrench to tension the axle clamp bolts. I've seen many cracked. |
