And for anyone interested...I know that the reserve is not far off being reached....Nice back story to the bike...and touching reason for sale....Bike was brought in from Europe by John Fallon of MIIMC a fair few years ago....sold and part restored by one fellow over a fair few years...then present owner bought it as it was his dream bike...and was oh so close to being finished....Needless to say...it was his first ever Bimota....and thus proved to be far from finished as the search for elusive missing parts was far beyond what he had anticipated...haven't we all been there....Anyhow...present owner has it sorted and registered and MOT'd and ridden it......taken so long it has coincided with heart felt tugs that his son is wanting his own place with his wife...wife's family chipped in so much, to assist....and present owner is selling his just finished SB3 to be able to do likewise....dream the dream...live the dream...if ever so briefly he did it....pass dream on to new owner........

Anyone want a Harris Magnum and 999 Ducati so I can buy this?

may be bidding on this as luckily a guy up the road from me wants to buy my cbx -c prolink . its mint only done 3k miles so bit unsure as unrestored bikes are always at a premium . like they say " you can restore something a hundred times but you only get an original once ." told him I want at least at least 8k for cbx . they are massive bikes .

cheers

Oh yeh....hadn't spotted that......I have contacted the owner.....who didn't sell it via ebay...and is trying the dealer on a sales commission to pass it on....really shouldn't be saying "one owner" from new.....a bit naughty.....should be saying previously regd overseas....

Hi, just wanted to say I am now the proud owner of this beautiful Bimota SB3, getting some bits and pieces done then ready for the road. Last time I ride one wasn’t far off 25/30 years ago, can’t wait to relive my youth . Thanks to the guys that offered advice, much appreciated. Cheers, Stewart

Congrats Stuart.....did the dealer source and fit a speedo drive cable? And/or swap the clip-ons around the right way or are you going to try it as it is?
