Okay
Got an invite from 2bims but was worried it clashed with the Crankcase Tea Party Frankfurt
Told 2bims ....only to receive a notice via 2bims that this year T party was cancelled
Bloody 2bims........so...if I have a Bimota I will be there.
Both are in Wisbech as 1 is the model for the supercharger to be wired and fettled
Easier to copy a factory built bike and transfer that experience onto a shed built thing
Regards

I have booked a room in the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel & Spa for one night (Saturday 18th) - close to Brands Hatch (0.3 miles) and has a bar, restaurant and free parking. Only 7 rooms left after my booking - so you know which hotel to avoid _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Ok...I've booked 2 twin rooms (same place not a different field)....as they have a free cancellation policy if you choose the right rooms and cancel before 14th August....So that can accommodate 4 people....Didn't give us much chance to view accommodation Geekay....Or was that your intention?? Didn't work...I'm in...teehee…. |

there were 8 rooms left before I booked - but they are filling up quickly. So I thought if I booked into a hotel with only 2 rooms left, it would be wrong. But if I booked into a hotel with 7 rooms left, everyone who wanted overnight accomodation could do likewise. It was a social decision................ _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Yeh....no worries....Gavs away for a week after today so I've effectively booked for him, me...potentially my brother who 99% will let me down and decide not to go.....which leaves Sticker Steve my mate and PaulDB2 for the other room.....Presuming/assuming youre sharing with Andy R? |

Andy R is booking his own room - like you, he snores too loudly.
My room is mine, I tell you, all mine............ _________________ Bimota SB6 and Benelli TNT 899S road bikes.

Shhhhh!!!!….dont tell everyone...I'm hoping someone shares with me and splits the cost.....there aint many takers as it is anyhow......In anticipation...I've booked an extra twin room...so have 3 available (with free cancellation up to the day of check-in....hopefully if the organisers do what their job title entails...we should hear this week if we're in...….
On a separate but related "events" note
Hot off the press....I sent an email to Crich tramway yesterday asking what was happening with my entry form for the Bimota forum that I sent 5 months ago...as the event is on the 1st July...one week this sunday...auto response first...then this...ruddy useless...I think I'll get me coat and be off

Dear Steve
Thank you for your enquiry.
The event is very definitely on and we have nearly 300 bikes entered.
I have forwarded your email to our Event Co-ordinator who will be in the office this afternoon and can investigate your query.
Regards

We're in!!!!...Bimota forum granted 10 spaces at Festival D'italia at Brands Hatch...…..Presumably Geekay you'll be allocating spaces???
And I've been given my own individual space in a separate field where my tent will be going up also
And...On another note...Crich Tramway event on 1st July 2018 have also granted us ten spaces today and free tickets for any vehicle attending that predates 1994...…..So let me know if anyone is interested...…. |
