Organised in partnership with the Suzuki Vintage Parts Programme.
Thursday 13th September at Cadwell Park. Anyone else interested?
I've booked my SB6 into the "over 750" class, just for the hell of it Very Happy

No doubt some will know what your SB6 is Gaz but many won’t. One thing’s for sure, it will out-bling most if not all other bikes there Wink

a lot of top-notch Suzuki's are attending, Brian. If not for the track day, they will be in the "paddock" and on display. I am aware that a 6R (not mine) has been entered too Very Happy
I have offered 2bims my 6R for the day if he wants to have some track fun.

Sounds like a great event mate. And a generous offer that 2bims should graciously accept no doubt. I know he’s a closet SB6 fanatic Wink

I was going to go with my SB6R but i have decided to do the MSV classic day at the end of September instead. You get more track time and its £20 cheaper plus my mates are going and until i read this didnt know anyone else going.

I'm also doing Snetterton on 2nd September on the SB6R as i managed to blow up my Honda SP1 track bike at Castle Coombe last weekend.

Saw your post from Castle Combe on Farcebook about the SP1 - big damage?

Shame you won't be at Cadwell for the Classic Suzuki bash - you avoiding me? Very Happy

Dont know yet. Lost all power and huge clouds of smoke out the back. It was white which suggests water not oil so suspect head gasket has gone. With house move imminent I cant go taking anything to bits at the moment and the radiator and tank are buried behind fairings so not a quick access job. Mechanically that bike is well beyond my spannering skills too.

As to Cadwell it looks a great event but with limited holidays and few personal days out allowed by she who must be obeyed i have to pick my events carefully. Please dont take it personally and definitely not trying to stay one step ahead of you!
