my son accompanied me on the trip to south Wales to collect the bike. When he saw it, his first comments (after being violently sick Smile ) were:-

"wooden dash - white clocks - old man (me) riding it - its a bike equivalent to a Rover 75"

He has since packed his bags and left.................. Wink

Lol......
I presume this was the one on ebay
Looked like a bargain but I just coulden't pluck up the courage to buy anything with a wooden dash. Get it changed for a carbon dash and then it would look a tad cooler Laughing

lol
there is another on ebay now. The DB5 prices make it look like a total bargain. Its almost the same engine init.

I remember Bike or Performance Bike used to describe this bike very favourably in their one line bike guides in the back of the magazine. Can anyone remember what it the line was?

Something like a "a two wheeled acid trip"...anyway they really liked it.

One of the writers owned an SB6 and made the odd comment about it in the magazine. He had a few problems getting the suspension sorted to the point where it was comfortable if I recall.

Cheers Zombie.
