Very rare indeed. Nice find.
It's a shame they made it look ugly with that seat and paint job. If you bought it, would you restore it or keep the original patina?
Unless you had some sort of historical attachment with the original Italian racing history, in this case I'd say restore it. |

Patina everytime for me when its a race bike with some Heritage....evidently make it road worthy...and certainly change out the campag mag wheels...the back wheel on LHS seems to have a flat head screw in the side of the rim...seemingly to fill a hole or stem a crack??????????? No idea????...Like the colours and paint me....its a screaming smoking loud 2-stroke.....thus loud clothes go with the period...With the engine running, its no shrinking rose no matter what you did with the paint |

Very nice, love the bright paint scheme... I'd leave it exactly as it is _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

Not sure if you can convert the T500R to a TR water cooled. I prefer to keep it simple and stick to the original air cooled. |
