Thanks for info on removing seat unit , found air box loose agains carbs not sure if there should be claps from air box to carbs if so where can I get thanks

Hi Alan, there should be clamps, i'd assume they would be standard Suzuki clamps.

The airbox should have rubbers to attach it to the carbs then you can use Suzuki clips.

My airbox has been moded with the standard 1100 trumpets. The central ones are trimmed at the top to fit the box, they're attached to the carbs and the box is just pushed on after.

You can trim a flat panel KnN to fit into the airbox and junk the mesh on the left side. Mine is also cut out on the right.
