Hi fellow Bimotisti, a long time since I posted here but I browse regularly to see what's new. Mind if I pull up a chair?
I had Metzeler M7RRs on my db2 a couple of years ago, after they got a fantastic review in PB magazine, and didn't like them at all - the front often feeling like it was just going to tuck in and go down especially at low speed. I put a Continental RoadAttak 3 evo on the back and like it a lot so I'll go with the same on the front and we'll see the overall result.
On a related subject, does anyone have experience of Ikon progressive springs for the db2 Paoili fork? Since I'm running the bike naked without the fairing there's less weight on the front and I only weigh about 70kg so it feels much too hard and not much feeling from the tyre, which doesn't help matters. Stay healthy y'all...

My Mich Road 5s just been delivered by Mr. Courier!
Published spec was 4.25kg and 6.15kg front and rear respectively.
As weighed just now 4.28kg and 6.12kg. So at least the specs (when you can get them) seem to be accurate.
