Guys,

The front tire appears to be listed as a 120/65 for an SB8R
Limited tire options these days in this size.

Anyone run a 120/70 instead?
Issues?

The 120/70 is going to be 6mm taller, so push the fork legs through the triple clamps 6mm to restore the original ride height.

Just make sure that you still have plenty of clearance between your carbon guard and the tyre. SB6 had a 120/60 standard, a member on here replaced it with a 120/70 and it picked up the carbon guard and spat it out.

I've got a 120 / 70 / ZR 17 on mine and there is plenty of room between tire and mudguard, just checked to make sure. Always had that size since I got it

I have a 120/70 on my SB8 and there seems to be plenty of room between the tyre and fender.

My bike just came, I took a look at the front tire and it is a 120/70
Seems to have no clearance issues.
