Hello Jun, welcome to the forum. I know nothing about the Tesi so am no help to you sorry. If it is a one piece fairing like the 90's bikes, once all of the fasteners are removed, you have to pry open the fairing carefully to get it past the front wheel. I have no idea if the Tesi is the same. There are a few Tesi owners on here, so hopefully someone will be along shortly to help you.

Unplug the turn signals and remove them.
Remove the turn signal mounting brackets.
Remove both side-covers below the tank.
Remove the two screws circled in your photo.
Spread the fairing/cowl and remove it.

It's been a while since I posted, but I was able to safely remove the front fairing of the TESI-3D.
I opened the fairing and moved it forward and then downward to remove it. I now have access to the ECU and fuse box.
I'm considering replacing the ECU with open hardware and an open hardware Speeduino.
