E bay pulled the add as i broke a few of the selling rules Surprised , so i have taken it as an omen to keep the bike Very Happy , i was wondering if the power commander would improve the running, and has any body got suspention set up for this bike .
I was a member of the owners club mainly to get this information but all i got was a world of pain and a big bill so i will not go back there and they are a bit free and easy with members information Shocked

sorry, can't help with the setup for the SB8, glad your gonna keep it Laughing I wonderd how long it would take fleabay to pull the ad, mentioning swap and p/x is a big no no. I have to own up, it was me who made the 6K offer.
Never heard a good word about the owners club from the half dozen or so members I know but it is a usefull source of information and that's why I encourage a couple of them to stay members Wink Laughing

Hi

With a different fuel injection system I would doubt a power commander would work.

All the best

Power Commander's do not work on the SB8R.

The only place I know that can sort the fuelling and get it to run smoother is North Leicester Motorcycles (prev Bimota dealer).

Check them out on Google, they are very helpful.

Try this fellow, he has helped quite a few with injection-issues on DB2sr and various YB-s I'm told. He has 2 stages for SB8.

I'll try to get in contact with a guy that knows a lot about SB8 - he can almost doctorate on the thing I think. I'll get back to you.

Ok, here goes - You can fit a powercommander on it, just got word from one who has.
According to him after fitting it and a little work mapping in the bench it made all the differens and turned out just great!

So I'm thinking about that myself right now.....

I'll be back with more when I've got more to tell, Stefan Cool
