According to owner on the Pistonheads forum this has been in storage for 20 years but is being recommissioned for sale 'soon' Looks clean but non OE mirrors, paint and sidestand from the few pics on Pistonheads.
Will keep an eye out for it. _________________ Not as many bikes as I would like and already too many to keep up with! |

I'm "assuming" its in the UK?...still has original rear stand and pins also....it still amazes me how these things just turn up somewhere...I just dont get how they can languish around in someones barn for 20 years undisturbed....its not like they were ever a "cheap" runaround..... |

Nice. It looks fairly original other than the things that Lamby mentions. Did some DB2's have a front running light (above the headlight)? For certain markets or maybe a particular model of DB2? Hadn't noticed it before _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

European markets (excluding Uk) and yank markets I think...they require a sidelight bulb that is NOT in the main headlamp unit in case that fails or is broken....so theres a backup effectively....safety overkill... |

Hello Folks,
A long overdue update on my DB2. Having spent £££ recommissioning it I dithered about selling - it looked so good (Viv Cowley did a fantastic job). But, sadly, reality has caught up with me. I had to give up the garage where it was originally kept, and am funding a house rebuild, kid at uni etc etc...
So, it's going. After 25+ years. Now on Collecting Cars.
No idea what it will go for. Hard nosed collectors wanting the original air in the tyres will no doubt baulk at the paint and period mods. Somebody wanting a cherished, fully sorted and sweet riding bike that's different and gets lots of (friendly) attention at meets will love it.
