Ciao everyone,
In the process of having to fabricate a fuel tank for the Bellaria, and I am wondering if the bike will run if it does not have the original fuel sender probe and wiring. In other words does the electrical circuit need to "see" the fuel sender for the bike to run. I am in the early stages of restoring this bike and am not yet sure of the wiring setup and if it has been messed around with a great deal. Any help greatly appreciated thanks. _________________ Bellaria Bellissimo |

I'm no expert on YB's, but i would say no. I doubt the electrics on the YB would be smart enough to have that kind of thing as an interlock. _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

You're most welcome. The forum is very quiet now as most people seem to use FB which is a shame for the forum. There is a wealth of information in the many threads on here. It will be a shame when it eventually disappears _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |
