|

Well, it's finally come to this: I'm selling my DB4, after owning it for 14 years and (I'm ashamed to say 350 miles...).
Listed on BringaTrailer, located in Central Florida, just N of Orlando:
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2000-bimota-db4/
Auction ends Sunday Sept 8th.
Includes a bunch of spare parts, mostly chassis and bodywork. accumulated 'just in case'. Steve H was kind enough to help me get a bunch of these bits...
I'll be sorry to see it go, but I'm not going to ride it any more as, like all Bimotas, its built for speed and looks rather than comfort.

Hi Jeremy,
Are you interested in selling some of the spares separately?
Cheers,

Hi Brian,
sorry, I've been a little tardy in following-up on my post.
The bike sold on BaT (as a data-point, for $11500US).
I'm afraid the new owner is pretty keen to take all the bits, so I'm shipping them all to him.
Sorry, I know you're rebuilding another DB4.
Most of the spares came from the usual suspects: Bimota Classic, 'Honest Steve Hardy the Bimota Whisperer' and some from EBay.
(just kidding Steve - you've been a huge help for Bimota questions).
I think this might be a 'Goodbye' from me.
Rubber side down.

Brian, you probably saw the list of parts that sold with the bike. If there is anything on there that you absolutely need/can't find elsewhere, I'll be happy to tell the new owner about this post.
I'm just N of Orlando FL, awaiting the 'Big One' (Hurricane Milton) so I haven't shipped them to him yet, but of course they belong to him, and it will be his decision.
