|

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me out, I'm going through the motions of trying the get the DB7 onto the SEVS register here in Australia so I can import one early next year. In order to do so I need a typical VIN and the dates manufacture first started. Is anyone able to help?

There's not too many DB7 owners who regularly post on here
I presume you've tried the factory forum?
might get more luck there |

Not tried the Factory Forum yet as there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of English speaking people on there.
Guess it can't hurt to try though. |

I just emailed SEVS about bringing in a bimota yesterday. and I'm in Perth too.
either go down to causeway kawasaki in vic park and see if they still have there DB7 in the shop, or i can email a DB7 owner here in perth and ask him some questions. also i can email former Stoney creek head paul Nobbs and ask him how many SCPS brought into the country and when adr approval was first handed out.
I'm thinking DB7 or DB5 for me in the near future |

Causeway no longer have the DB7, sold about a month ago to a collector in Melbourne.
If you want to get in touch let me know and I'll tell you how far I've got with the process already. Might be better for both of us if we could bring 2 bikes in at once. |

WE always try to help, not always easy I must say but where we can we will.

Sorry guys been working overseas USA
Done about 4,000klms runs like a dream
did have 3 instrument clusters after the tacho needle fell off, but fixed under warranty
I can tell you the DB7 is on the system and each bike was complied with an Aussie Compliance plate
they did each bike indivdually
cheers
