Dear all,
I am a former owner of a lovely db2 and I am desperate to get a db7 (as soon as I can afford it). Clearly I deeply care about the factory, and the fact that no news from the factory are available to me (looking on all kinds of internet sites) makes me really nervous. The factory site is my home site on my iMac and my Macbook, and so I immediately noticed when the site went down, after not being updated for two years. I remember that I was told to better check the US site by someone from the factory, but unfortunately the US site has not been updated in a long time too. This all makes me very nervous, as I really wish them success and I fear that Bimota went / is going into administration again. Can anyone please assure me that everything is fine and that a new site will be up and running soon???
Thanks !! |

the site now says its coming back...so let's hope the best for the moment.
There are sum rumors that ownership/managment are changing but all seems quite unclear at the moment...so maybe soon the new web site will shine some light on what is going on ! |

I heard that the management has changed hands, a German guy has taken it over - so perhaps a big re-org is going on.
Anyway the new brush has swept away poor old Alessandro Mazacano - perhaps we will get someone a bit faster at the spares counter (who doesn't send unobtainium parts off to the wrong continent to get lost)!
Cheers,

A bit of German efficiency in the Italian bike world has just got to be a good thing |

There used to be a good auto museum in that area too it seems to be a Ferrari Museum now, but looks worth a visit, as is San Marino. |

Something is going on: at least someone has bothered to put up a picture on the front page. This is good news!
