I think you need to give us an era to work with, 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's |

You not going to tell us what forum category you going to be moving to ? or are you sticking to the DB part of the forum ? You could always stray into Oily's territory (SB) or have you succomb to the ways of the 2-stroke , 3 vdues on the island next year would be a world first |

That would be far too much 2-stroke for such a small place, but it would at least give a chance for one v-due to make it there and back |

Strange you should mention MZ as I was looking at a Skorpion recently. Sorry to hear about Monty, but he should be safe for a while longer, till a few more pennies come through the door |

except when Bimota did their Sicily to Isle of Man publicity stunt back in 1997 ? ? or whenever it was.
I was in Douglas at the time and was stunned to see these three V dues come by, I didn't know what they were up to, but can confirm that they got there.
So somebody could plan a reenactment, might have to go to Sicily first of course

That would be like the reverse of "The Italian Job" and no not the reamke, but the "blow the ruddy doors off version" and Laminator could bring his Lambo along for company |

Nice bikes, Skorpians, I had one a few years ago and it's fun with the fairly light weight, and it's more comfy than a Supermono (what isn't). It's also a bit British (Britishish?) being designed by Seymour-Powell. What put me off in the end was the silly cheesehead Allen screws holding the body on, and having to remove the bodywork to do any maintenance (then again...).
Cheers, MikeJ. |

All in due course, still establishing further lines of communication since my foreign langauge matey has done the deal and illicited the response I was waiting for
Already have the original sales brochure for it, but then that covers all Bimotas from 2000 onwards, so hardly narrows it down Too much |
