Sorry guys.... I have had a few little problems... I had a mould failure.. It failed to live after I threw it at a wall...
So new mould new problems... Had to spend a day adding mould sealer and release.. made a part that looked crap... Hmm.... had an idea and made another part..... Not too bad.... OK... know what the problem was/is and realised I need to thicken them up a bit in a few places.... Sorry guys the will all be heavy ones now.... Possibly up to 30grams... Sorry.. I tried..
So now back making them.... I have the original pattern one to send back too... Sorry 2bims... I will get it back to you next week promise....
Hope these will be OK.... The untrimmed one was a test of the new mould and I have stopped the bridging and air entrapment problem too... Will keep you updated next week... It seems I am not going to make more Aprilia Pre-preg parts for another week.... SO I will get these done for you guys.... |
