Yesterday I got the SB6 out of the garage - and cleaned up another project bike (well frame + engine) then I put them back in.
I renewed the foil on one of my tail units

On your fairing at the front of the belly pan ... touch out where the paint has gone and cover it with protection film. it catches all the debris from the front wheel and will make a hole if you leave it.

Off course no issues and the ride to the MOT office was wonderfull.
Now the 6R is stored and waiting for good weather ( and new tyres, mirrors, carbon parts which arrived today, new headlight fzr 400 rr etc).

Very nice looking good.

So far as I can see you did a perfect job with the sealant on the joints.
Normally it’s a course of a week to train mechanics in working with that kind of sealant.
You're a natural at sealing and neatly work.

Very Happy

Cheers Vince - heres a close up nice and tidy. It did come out of the joints when I tightened them up. Thanks for the suggestion to tape everything up as the adhesive is very sticky!! Im glad I used gloves. Thanks for your advice - now we know what to use.

Put the wheels into my Suzuki (which was near the Bimota) -

http://youtu.be/XOXdow8W24s

Only 25 seconds, and notably all the way to 12s before I got the hammer out Laughing

10 years old this year so, inspired by some the superb rebuilds on this forum, I've done a bit of a clean up, and put some new rubber in!

Its just an odd angle the picci is taken from as I had no room at the front of the workbench, but I see what you mean from the picci.
