|
|
Before I start trimming the taillight/signal holder on the 'StreetMota',
(I HATE doing anything I can't put back to stock easily...)
was wondering if anyone made a kit for this...
(the bike already has shortened stock mufflers-not something I would have done-& it makes that tailpiece hang out/down waaay too far...& the tail itself look much too bulky...)
Thanx in advance! _________________ Lil' John

I think it was Bimotacarbon who has a 6R with the pipes at an angle like the SB6, it makes the tail look more pointed towards the back, I don't know if the tail has been doctored in anyway though.
You might want to have a look in the "SB Section" _________________ Don't read everything you believe |

Check out the Rizoma range of tail tidies, I measured up a few at a dealers and got a good match for my VDue. Mega adjustable and excellent quality. |

Have a 'body guy' who did a GREAT job of trimming up the stock taillight/turn signal mount...Looks SOOO much cleaner...!!!
OK time to work on figuring out an exhaust...
Think it will be a 4-tip configuration...
Should look VERY cool...!!!
Will be sure to post pics when finished. _________________ Lil' John

Sorry didn't read this topic yet.
For what it is worth...this is the changement of my 6R's rear end.
Maybe it can help you to decide what is best for your 6R

VERY nice...THANX for the pics!!!
We trimmed up the tailpiece, & moved the plate up;
Already looks good...
Next step:
A pair of dual slash-cut resonator tips in place of the muffs,
to give it a '4-pipe' look out the back...
Can't WAIT to see what this turns out like...
WILL post pics when done. _________________ Lil' John
