...They are are pretty useless....
If it's working, it's only a matter of time untill it's not.
I thought I read on here that someone had found a replacement..Vince?, Mako?.
I just cut a blank out of ally plate and do without Wink

I fitted a new one from that supplier- admitedly I had to file the float down a bit because it was slightly too big for the hole in the DB2 tank.
Sometimes the light is on, sometimes it's not.
I don't suppose it's the senders' fault- that's just the way they are : )

And now the thread of the YB4s' sender is weeping- so I'm not even going to fix that for the sake of the sender- just put the blanking plate back on . . .

...One of my early SB6's came with a pre butchered sender that leaked. I found a replacement.......

...but that only lasted about 6 months so back to the blanking plate we went

Hi

The size of the bolt on plate looks quite similar to that on the Cagiva Freccia. Anyone able to measure it up?

The Cagiva one is different inside but might do the job (on the Cagiva it is just a level switch, and the pipe is cranked as it goes in from the side of the tank).

All the best

Keith

...overall length = 46mm
width at widest point = 19.5mm
bolt hole spacing = 34mm
bolt hole dia = 6.7mm
hole in plastic tank = 10.4mm
