It looks better than new Vince 
Glad to see the sun was shining for you 
Getting the carb's smooth across the bottom end 2-5000 was quite a bit of work on mine and that was with a dyno 
Did you open up the other side of the air box?

Yes the air box is open on both sides.
If I compare my settings with you my main yet is smaller.
I will try a bigger main yet and see what happened.
But probably the best way is the dyno.

Last Sunday me and a few mates of my went to our playground what’s called the German Eifel. I put some 550 km on the clock that day.
For me it was a kind of a test ride.
Well …….. it had cost me some money and time …. but now I m really happy with it.
For so far no mechanical and electrical failures.
Suspension feels reliable, no unexpected and inexplicable bounce shake.
Maybe a little fine adjustment is necessary but no major changes.
Handling is superb she feels so lightly I think that’s because of the carbon wheels.
The last changes I did on the carbs are for now the best. But for the best results its better to use a specialist and a dyno.
What I notice with highway use is that I don’t get tired after a half hour. That’s a big improvement, probable it’s because the most vibrations are gone.
Sunday she puts a smile in my face and its still there..

Thanks Oily, but still i am suspicious about the reliability.
I have yet some mental issues.

I am wondering where did you find yourself the gold coloured chain and sprocket(s) for the sb6?? I am very curious because they are hard to find

The chain I found on E-bay (Germany)
The sprocket came with the wheels.

The sprocket is made by Talon and Regina 'O' ring chains come in gold as well as some DID
