Thanks in advance for your feedbacks

Nice...

I'm wondering if we can upgrade Bimotas from the 90s with the latest machined billet Brembo brake and clutch master cylinders...

Would the levers fit ? Are these master cylinders not too powerful ? Can we keep the 90's Brembo calipers ?

what bike(s) are you looking for them to fit?

look here (check all pages)

http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=it&u=http://www.pirinimoto.it/&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dpirinimoto%26rlz%3D1W4CHBB_enGB570%26biw%3D1024%26bih%3D611

and check ebay.de / bimota for cheap rear Brembo calipers - the type fitted to a lot of Bimota's (I bought one for my DB3 - 39 Euros new!)

Yes, you can fit a Radial master to an SB8 using the standard calipers etc.

I fitted a billet fixed ratio 19/20 to my SB6, they usually come with there own levers though. If you use one like mine it will need a brake light switch which can be tricky to fit directly, http://www.harris-performance.com/acatalog/Goodridge_Brake_Light_Switches.html or you might need a radial / axial brake line converter http://www.helperformance.com/hel-radial-master-cylinder-adapter-kit.html
You might find it better to fit the RCS master cylinder, they have variable ratio and also have an option of microswitch for the brake light.

You will also need a reservior fitting kit

On the clutch side you should be able to find a matching master cylinder but I doubt it will be any "better" than the original. You will probably need a reservior fitting kit on that side too.

Note - the reservior fitting kits, really you need a bracket to fix the reservior so they don't touch the fairings then you need to cut a new piece of pipe from the reservior to the master cylinder ... if you make your own brackets you can save a lot of money !!!

Thanks to you all for the info.

I have another question : all Bimotas from the 90's seem to use the same rear master cylinder from Brembo.
How can we know the diameter of its pump ? 11 or 13 mm ?
