You could space the hugger up using longer bolts and spacers, fill the gap with some self adhesive foam padding.

I had to move the front mudguard up on my SB6 because the front was rubbing, I'd changed to a 70 profile front.

It was the width of the hugger that was the problem with the 200 tyre, not the height. It's difficult to make it wider.

Yes ... near impossible to make it bigger

My front got caught by the tyre, it ripped it clean off

My carbon front and rear guards are both damaged, guess theres no place to find any more?

No need to replace them - that's the beauty of CF. A good carbon shop will restore them to as new condition.
