Of course the fuel tap nut is half and half. So you only have to turn the tap round and round |
I find it bizarre that they would make it this way. Not to mention it would be difficult to thread a union of the size with 1/2 LH 1/2 RH thread _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

My first Bimota love !! the SB6 is a truly timeless beauty |
Still gives me that happy feeling when I look at it Stu... Not as rare as the db4, but the 6 is definitely my special one _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |

Oh don't start me on the db4 , they have got to be the most under rated Bimota out.
Great bike, usable power, light, handle well , just a joy to ride !!! and away for the WINTER as it's COLD in the UK !! |

Yeah fair enough... I went for a ride on my db4 last weekend with my son on his Ninja 300. We swapped at the destination and he rode the db4 home. We gave it the beans through some nice corners. He doesn't have a lot of experience yet but he was very impressed with the handling and power of the db4 to say the least.
I told him when he grows up, I'll give him a ride on the sb6 _________________ '99 DB4 #104, '96 SB6 #1165, '94 DB2 J #652, '99 DB4 #088, '08 VTX1800, '93 ZXR750R M1, '95 ZXR750, '95 ZXR750 Race Bike, '94 CBR400rr NC29 Race Bike, '94 CB250, '49 BSA C10 250, '61 BSA A10 650, '89 ZXR750, '91 Ducati 851 |
